Admin Sales Support

About the role

The Admin Sales Support acts as the main bridge between sales representatives, customers, suppliers, and internal departments such as finance and logistics. The role ensures accurate maintenance of quotations, orders, contracts, and customer databases.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and format sales quotations, proposals, and draft contracts.
• Process customer purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes.
• Track order statuses and coordinate with logistics or warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Request quotations from suppliers and assist with price comparisons.
• Answer inbound customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with customer onboarding, KYC checks, and pre‑qualification registrations.
• Handle after‑sales queries, follow‑up calls, and complaint resolution.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and working knowledge of CRM and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, and proactive problem‑solving mindset.
