Export Sales Executive – Perfume & Fragrance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Executive with 8–10 years in the perfume and fragrance industry to expand our international market presence and drive export sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to enter new international perfume markets.
• Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with new and existing overseas clients, distributors, and partners.
• Handle the full export sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to order closure and shipment coordination.
• Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, documentation, and delivery while maintaining trade compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years of export sales experience in the perfume and fragrance sector.
• Proven track record in international sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Strong understanding of international perfume markets, distribution channels, and export procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to develop new markets and consistently achieve sales targets.
