Admin & Tele Sales Executive

About the role

The Admin & Tele Sales Executive supports ECOWIDE GENERAL TRADING LLC in driving customer engagement across the UAE market while ensuring smooth administrative operations. This dual‑focused position combines proactive outbound and inbound sales outreach with essential office support to maintain high customer satisfaction and accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound sales calls to generate leads, negotiate and close deals.
• Respond to customer inquiries in English and Arabic, providing quotations and invoices.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records and related documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing.
• Follow up with clients post‑sale to secure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and document management.

Required profile

• Prior experience in tele‑sales, telemarketing, customer service or administration within the UAE.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to multitask between sales and administrative duties.
• Target‑oriented mindset with a confident, positive attitude.

• CRM systems (preferred)
