About the role
We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to lead our office operations, procurement activities and regulatory compliance in the UAE. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day functioning, maintains accurate records and supports various business functions through effective coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative and office operations.
- Manage local procurement, vendor sourcing, quotations and purchase coordination.
- Handle trade‑license renewals, permits and related regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders.
- Maintain company records, contracts, licenses and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate office facilities, assets and operational requirements.
- Support vehicle administration, logistics and staff‑related administrative matters.
- Ensure timely completion of all compliance and documentation requirements.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in administration, procurement or office management.
- Strong knowledge of UAE trade‑license procedures and government documentation.
- Experience in local procurement and vendor management.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Excellent organisational, negotiation and communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
