About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our fleet operations. The role combines office administration with vehicle and driver management, ensuring smooth daily logistics for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily fleet operations and coordinate vehicle usage.
- Manage AMC contracts, invoicing, and renewals.
- Process billing and invoice handling in a timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain all company vehicles, including maintenance schedules and servicing.
- Coordinate with service centres for repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure timely vehicle registration, insurance renewals, contracts, and related documentation.
- Allocate driver duties and manage transportation schedules.
- Monitor driver attendance and duty allocation.
- Provide administrative relief as needed.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support various administrative tasks.
