About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing shipping company in Dubai to recruit a Land Transportation & Intermodal Logistics Manager. The role leads the land transportation and intermodal logistics function across the UAE and GCC, integrating road, rail and port movements into end‑to‑end supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full land transportation and intermodal logistics function for the UAE and GCC.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors, carriers and terminal operators.
• Coordinate cross‑border shipments and design efficient intermodal routing strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence and performance across all surface transport modes.
• Drive commercial negotiations and maintain a strong network in the GCC transport market.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of intermodal and land transportation experience in the Middle East, preferably with a carrier or logistics operator.
• Well‑networked in the GCC transport market with a proven record of commercial negotiations.
• Ability to work autonomously at a senior level and deliver impact on business growth.

Required skills
