About the role
We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and support daily operations at our Dubai office. The role involves handling communications, coordinating quotations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and act as the primary client liaison.
- Record client enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations.
- Follow up with clients post‑quotation until orders are confirmed.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and client data.
- Coordinate with the PRO for documentation and government‑related processes.
- Schedule meetings and assist management with day‑to‑day operations.
- Provide cross‑departmental support to sales, HR, and finance as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles preferred.
- Based in Dubai.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic business tools.
What we offer
- Salary range AED 3,000 – AED 4,000 per month (based on experience).
