Administrative & Procurement/Sales Specialist

About the role

HYPERPC is seeking an Administrative and Procurement/Sales Specialist to ensure smooth operations at its Dubai branch. You will act as the bridge between suppliers, the sales team, and the finance department, guaranteeing component availability and accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Procure electronic components from partners, monitor delivery timelines and quality.
• Manage client interactions in the CRM system, handle phone and chat communications, and oversee the full sales cycle from initial contact to product shipment.
• Assist the branch manager with financial documentation, approvals, and reporting.
• Control order lifecycle, from placement to delivery of finished products.
• Maintain warehouse documentation, oversee inventory flow, and provide general office administrative support.

Required profile

• Experience with high‑value products, preferably computers or electronics.
• Proven background in procurement of electronics or computer components for corporate entities.
• Strong English communication skills (B2/Upper‑Intermediate or higher).
• Ability to handle stress, objections and close deals professionally.
• Excellent multitasking capabilities while maintaining focus.
