About the role
AECOM is seeking a proactive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to managers across the organization. You will ensure smooth daily operations by handling correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, and office supply management.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, proofread, and edit letters, forms, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel logistics.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure a well‑organized workspace.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to produce high‑quality documents and presentations.
- Work under general supervision while exercising sound judgment to meet deadlines.
Required profile
- UAE National with a valid family book, in line with Emiratisation policy.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or office support role.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and professional discretion.
