About the role
We are seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support the Chairman and Board members in Dubai. The role combines high‑level administrative support with the planning and execution of corporate events and board activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, calls and communications on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients and external stakeholders.
- Organise corporate events, board meetings, conferences and executive functions, including venue booking, vendor coordination and guest management.
- Prepare event budgets, monitor expenses and ensure smooth execution from planning to post‑event follow‑up.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and transportation for executives and event attendees.
- Support special projects and personal tasks assigned by executives while maintaining confidential records.
Required profile
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting C‑level executives.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
