About the role

The Advanced Certificate of Excellence (ACE) Graduate Program is Mashreq’s fast‑track scheme for high‑potential Emirati graduates. It offers a structured learning journey, exposure to multiple banking functions, and the opportunity to develop into future banking leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive learning and development curriculum covering various banking pathways.
• Rotate across front‑office and functional domains to gain hands‑on experience.
• Undertake international assignments in Mashreq’s regional offices.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and receive mentorship throughout the program.

Required profile

• Graduated in 2024 or later with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.4 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Preferred majors: Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
