Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Senior Analyst

About the role

Primarily supports the Busbar product line at the RAK manufacturing location as part of Vertiv's EMEA Advanced Manufacturing Engineering organization. The role drives new product introduction, manufacturing readiness, process development and continuous improvement for Busbar production.

Key responsibilities

• Support NPDI readiness for Busbar products at the RAK site and ensure manufacturing deliverables are completed on time.
• Develop and implement manufacturing plans for new Busbar products and product changes, including tooling, fixtures, layouts, work instructions and BOMs.
• Coordinate industrialization activities with Product Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and Plant Manufacturing Engineering.
• Drive design‑for‑manufacturability and design‑for‑assembly reviews to improve cost, quality and process efficiency.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects to improve productivity, reduce waste and stabilize processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Fluent English and minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, new product introduction or industrialization.
• Proven experience with Busbar, metal processing, or similar fabrication environments is an advantage.
• Ability to travel up to 5 % and work cross‑functionally with multiple engineering and operations teams.
