Advisor – Portfolio Performance Management (Gas‑Sour, UC, Growth)

About the role

The Advisor, Portfolio Performance Management will provide expert advice and support for the planning, performance monitoring, budgeting and strategic direction of ADNOC's gas‑sour, upstream conversion (UC) and growth assets. The role focuses on maximizing resource efficiency, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and delivering upstream mandates cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend and advise on business issues related to gas assets to ensure optimal resource utilization in line with ADNOC guidelines.
• Analyse asset performance, finance and budget data and deliver comprehensive feedback to division management.
• Provide regular updates on asset performance, expenditure progress and optimisation initiatives.
• Monitor gas‑asset production targets and ensure delivery against mandates.
• Offer strategic recommendations on operations, production and cost‑efficiency improvements.
• Review operation, production work plans, capital and operating budgets and submit recommendations.
• Coordinate inputs for annual business and financial plans.
• Support governance of gas‑asset activities through cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years (144 months) of experience in gas‑asset performance, finance/budget analysis and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• In‑depth knowledge of upstream gas operations, HSE compliance and asset optimisation.
