Aesthetic Surgeon – Australian Qualification – Relocate to UAE

About the role

SearchPlus HR is looking for a qualified Aesthetic Surgeon with an Australian qualification to join a leading aesthetic clinic in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves delivering high‑quality cosmetic surgical procedures while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, clinical assessments and suitability evaluations for aesthetic procedures.
• Perform cosmetic surgical procedures within the scope of professional qualifications and licensing.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on patients’ needs and expectations.
• Explain procedure risks, benefits, alternatives and post‑operative care requirements.
• Monitor patient recovery, manage post‑procedure follow‑ups and handle complications.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and UAE healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with aesthetic physicians, dermatologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Recognised medical degree and relevant postgraduate qualifications in plastic surgery or an appropriate surgical specialty.
• Proven experience in aesthetic or cosmetic surgery.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication skills and high patient‑care standards.
• Valid UAE healthcare licence or eligibility for licensing, subject to assessment and approval.
• Relevant surgical privileges and experience that align with the facility’s requirements.
