Affiliate Business Development – Binance Accelerator Program

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Binance’s Affiliate team for a six‑month accelerator program. The role focuses on expanding and managing a network of affiliates, working closely with key opinion leaders and internal departments to provide the assets and tools needed to attract new users to Binance.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the affiliate network by reaching out to YouTubers, media outlets, influencers and other potential partners.
• Support negotiations, onboarding and documentation for new affiliates.
• Maintain regular communication with key affiliate accounts and analyse their performance data.
• Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns aimed at maximising ROI.
• Build and maintain reports using internal data to optimise channel performance.
• Monitor competitor activities and help adjust affiliate strategies.
• Support fraud detection by identifying potential scams or manipulations within the network.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Basic understanding or strong interest in affiliate marketing and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with media, influencers or key partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, responsible and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
