Agile Coach – Business Banking (Onsite, Dubai)

About the role

Drive Agile transformation and adoption across Business Banking technology teams, promoting Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts and delivery teams on Agile methodologies, roles, ceremonies, estimation, prioritisation and effective collaboration.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and PI/Release Planning, ensuring delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Work closely with Business Banking, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance stakeholders to improve delivery processes, remove impediments and strengthen cross‑functional collaboration.
• Establish and monitor Agile metrics and delivery KPIs, identify bottlenecks and drive initiatives to improve team productivity, predictability, quality and time‑to‑market.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience with strong experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Extensive experience in the Business Banking / Corporate Banking domain with good understanding of banking products, processes and technology platforms.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor multiple Agile teams and work effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, leadership, conflict‑resolution and stakeholder‑management skills.
