Agile Delivery Manager – Technology Solutions

About the role

dnata is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead technology initiatives that enhance operational performance, safety and customer experience across its global aviation services. The role bridges agile team delivery with traditional programme management, ensuring the right balance of speed, flexibility and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery ceremonies such as sprint/PI planning, reviews and retrospectives, as well as traditional governance forums.
• Champion a blended approach that combines PMI‑ACP and agile practices with structured project management.
• Create a safe, collaborative environment where issues are surfaced early and resolved constructively.
• Coordinate integrated delivery planning with country, regional and head‑office stakeholders to translate strategic roadmaps into actionable backlogs.
• Own the full lifecycle of multiple high‑visibility initiatives spanning several business units and countries.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing both agile squads and traditional project teams in a complex, multi‑country environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across decentralised operating models.
• Ability to select and adapt delivery cadence based on initiative size, complexity and governance needs.
