AI Content Creator

About the role

A fast-growing consumer technology business in the UAE is looking for an AI-native Content Creator to build its digital presence and the e-commerce engine behind it. This is a hybrid creative and technical role based in Dubai with hybrid working. You will produce AI-generated and hand-shot content for social media and design and run a premium online store with AI-driven visitor tracking, lead funnels and automated outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit short-form video (reviews, comparisons, behind-the-scenes, promos) for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook and YouTube.
• Produce AI-generated content at scale (product visuals, video, voiceovers, ad variations and copy) while keeping it on-brand and credible.
• Design, build and launch a premium, mobile-first online store with a smooth checkout.
• Own site UX/UI, SEO and conversion rate optimisation, and integrate payments, real-time inventory and CRM into one system.
• Set up tracking (GA4, Meta/TikTok pixels, heatmaps), lead capture and funnels across WhatsApp, abandoned-cart flows and retargeting.
• Automate personalised, behaviour-triggered outreach by email, SMS and WhatsApp, and deploy AI chatbots to qualify leads and follow up.
• Run A/B tests across content, site and funnel and keep improving conversions.

Required profile

• Uses AI every day as a core part of how they work, with hands-on experience across image, video, voice and copy tools.
• A portfolio showing both creative work and something built: a website, online store, automation or app.
• E-commerce build experience (Shopify, WooCommerce, Webflow or similar) and front-end basics.
• Strong video and photography skills; fluent English.
• Nice to have: AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable); a background in tech, electronics or e-commerce.
