AI Mentor – Contractor Roles (Session Lead, Tutor, Career Coach)

About the role

Udacity, now an Accenture company, is building a talent pool of experienced AI mentors to support its online learning programs. As an external contractor you can work as a Session Lead, Tutor, or Career Coach, delivering virtual instruction and guidance to learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live virtual sessions, providing hands‑on guidance and answering learner questions (Session Lead).
• Respond to content‑related queries on the community platform, participate in virtual activities, and keep learners motivated (Tutor).
• Offer personalized career advice through webinars, coaching sessions, and community events, sharing industry best practices and job‑search strategies (Career Coach).
• Collaborate with Udacity program teams to ensure high‑quality learning experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
• Strong passion for mentoring and helping others succeed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of current AI trends and the tech industry.
• Ability to work part‑time as an external contractor alongside existing commitments.
