AI Product Project Intern (Corporate Service System) - 2026 Start

About the role

ByteDance is looking for an AI Product Project Intern to join its Corporate Service System team, starting in 2026. The team explores AI-powered product experiences and implementation opportunities across enterprise service systems, covering high-frequency internal scenarios such as procurement, travel and workplace services. The intern takes part in AI product evaluation, competitor and user research, product solution design and supports the implementation and optimization of AI capabilities in real workflows. Candidates must be able to work on site in Dubai full time or at least 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate enterprise service AI capabilities (answer accuracy, task completion rate, usability, stability, UX); design and maintain evaluation cases, prompts, test sets and criteria; analyze outputs and propose improvements
• Research AI Agent products and intelligent solutions in procurement, travel and workplace scenarios; analyze competitors and deliver structured research reports
• Support product managers in analyzing business processes and user needs; take part in AI feature design, user journeys, functional logic and interaction flows; help write PRDs, prototype descriptions, flowcharts and evaluation reports
• Use AI tools to build prototypes, design prompts, validate workflows and create lightweight demos; apply Vibe Coding to quickly validate product ideas

Required profile

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, AI, Interaction/Product Design, Information Systems, Data Science or a related technical discipline
• Available to start immediately, ideally within one week
• Strong interest in AI products and hands-on experience designing AI interactions, prompts, workflows or prototypes
• Experience with Vibe Coding or AI-assisted development is preferred
• Structured thinking, information research, documentation and communication skills

Required skills

• Basic understanding of large language models, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering and related concepts
• Preferred: experience with AI Agents, internal enterprise Copilots, workflow automation, and tools such as Figma, Cursor, Claude Code, Trae, Coze, Dify and Feishu Bitable
• Preferred: experience in product internships, AI application design, data analysis, user research or technical projects
