AI Product Specialist For Public Sector

About the role

We are looking for an AI Product Specialist to work with public‑sector customers in the UAE, helping them discover, prioritize and implement high‑impact AI use cases on top of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with public‑sector clients to identify AI opportunities and translate business challenges into technical designs.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions, including data pipelines, model selection/integration (SAP Business AI, BTP services) and UI/process integration.
• Run agile cycles from proof‑of‑concept through pilot to production, collect feedback and drive adoption.
• Serve as the liaison between Dubai Lab customers and SAP’s global product and engineering teams, feeding requirements into the roadmap.
• Create reusable accelerators such as reference architectures, templates and best‑practice guides for regional scaling.

Required profile

• Strong ability to translate business problems into clear technical designs and production‑ready solutions.
• Confident in customer‑facing workshops, demos and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in a forward‑deployed, high‑ownership environment.
• Understanding of public‑sector processes (budget planning, execution, grants or funds management) and market challenges.

Required skills

• Data and AI/ML fundamentals: data modelling, APIs, forecasting, classification, copilot/assistant patterns.
• Software engineering: Python, Java, TypeScript.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA and at least one SAP domain (finance, logistics, HR, public sector).
• Prototyping tools: Claude Code, Figma.
