AI Strategist

About the role

The AI Strategist leads end‑to‑end AI engagements for Property Finder’s most strategic agency and developer clients. Reporting directly to senior client leaders, you will identify high‑impact business problems, define AI solutions, guide a small engineering pod, and ensure the solution is live, adopted and its impact measured.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with client owners and operating teams, running discovery to uncover AI use cases that affect key business metrics.
• Define and prioritize use cases (e.g., listing creation, lead response, marketing spend, agent productivity) with clear business cases, target metrics and success criteria.
• Own the engagement plan and backlog, act as product manager for the pod, write requirements, set priorities and keep development focused on outcomes.
• Move solutions from prototype to production, train client teams, manage change and embed the AI solution into daily routines.
• Measure impact against control groups, report results to client leadership and turn successful engagements into reusable assets.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience, including 3+ years at an Engagement Manager level in a top‑tier consulting firm or equivalent client‑facing role in a technology deployment team.
• Proven track record of leading multi‑month client engagements end‑to‑end with a team of 2–5, owning scope, relationship and outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM‑based tools or agents, understanding of how they are built, evaluated and adopted.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills; comfortable pulling and sanity‑checking data yourself.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to craft storylines and present to CEO‑level audiences.
