AI Strategy and Operations Senior Associate

About the role

The AI Strategy and Operations Senior Associate will support the Chief Technology and AI Office (CTAIO) in shaping and delivering PwC Middle East’s Technology & AI strategy. Working closely with the Strategy Leader, CTAIO Chief of Staff and work‑stream leads, the role translates strategic priorities into actionable programmes that accelerate AI transformation across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of the firm‑wide Technology & AI operating model and delivery mechanisms.
• Support strategic initiatives that aim to position PwC Middle East as a leading AI‑powered professional services organisation.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Strategy Office, including administrative coordination, tracking of programme milestones and reporting of outcomes.
• Facilitate governance and collaboration across lines of service to ensure alignment with AI strategy.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations and analytical reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with experience in strategy, operations or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in professional services.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
