AI Talent Partner

About the role

Vitae AI provides a recruitment operating system that automates sourcing, screening, outreach, scheduling and follow‑up with AI‑driven recruiters. As an AI Talent Partner you will set up the platform for client organisations, configure AI workflows and build a portfolio of hiring clients, earning commissions on platform fees and retainers.

Key responsibilities

• Work the leads generated by the platform and convert them into paying clients.
• Implement each client’s ATS, branded careers page and AI‑driven hiring workflows (training provided, no technical background required).
• Own the client relationship, delivering quality strategy, monthly reviews and ongoing support.
• Optionally recruit and onboard other recruiters into the partner programme.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment, agency or in‑house talent acquisition.
• Comfortable conducting client meetings with hiring managers or business owners.
• Self‑employed mindset or readiness to operate as an independent partner.
• Fluent English and proficiency in a local language.
