AI Teacher (Arabic-English Bilingual)

About the role

A progressive training center in the UAE is looking for an AI Teacher who is fluent in Arabic and English to deliver age-appropriate, engaging AI training for youth and adult learners. The role combines practical AI application with interactive teaching methods, and reports to the Training Center Manager or Program Director.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver bilingual AI lessons across age groups using interactive tools, covering Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Emotion Recognition
• Use platforms such as Scratch 3.0 to teach AI through gamified coding, and tailor instruction to different learning styles
• Help design and localize AI teaching materials, adapting lesson plans to UAE education standards and global AI trends, and include Generative AI for Educators and STEAM approaches
• Create an inclusive, tech-forward environment, assess student performance, give feedback and support project-based assignments
• Stay up to date with AI tools, use technology for virtual learning and performance tracking, and promote safe and ethical AI practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education or a related field; AI/ML certifications or teaching credentials are an advantage
• Proven experience on AI projects or automation solutions
• At least 12 years of teaching or training experience, especially with children or young adults
• Fluent Arabic and English

Required skills

• Familiarity with Scratch 3.0, block-based coding and visual learning platforms
• Knowledge of AI concepts, Computer Vision and Emotion Recognition tools
• Strong presentation and classroom management skills, and the ability to explain technical content simply
• Preferred: experience with Pantheon, CTT or Java; background in curriculum development or STEAM education; familiarity with educational AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard or Claude
