Airport Services Coordinator (DXB & DWC) - UAE Nationals Only

About the role

flydubai is looking for a Coordinator for Airport Services covering DXB and DWC, open to UAE nationals only. The main objective is to deliver high-quality service to passengers at check-in, boarding, special services, transfer and arrivals, and to oversee ground handling so that passenger processing is smooth and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the economy product on a rotating basis at Check-In, Departures, Transfer Desk or Arrivals.
• Set up the check-in area and allocate desks, manpower and other resources correctly for economy passengers.
• Monitor passenger flow and queue times, adjusting desk allocation as needed.
• Enforce flight opening and closure times, baggage policies, credit checks and documentation requirements.
• Provide information and assistance to passengers and stakeholders.
• Ensure boarding starts and closes on time to support on-time performance.
• Assist passengers through security, immigration and transfer areas, including baggage and flight connections.
• Ensure safe embarkation and disembarkation, and monitor turn-round and baggage handling within company and regulatory safety and security guidelines.
• Assist with passenger arrivals and baggage reclaim, and liaise with stakeholders during delays or disruptions.
• Implement company policies, processes and procedures.

Required profile

• UAE nationality only.
• High school diploma.
• Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in airline operations is desirable.
• Competencies: customer focus, teamwork, effective communication, personal accountability, resilience and flexibility.
• Complies with the company's ISR policies, reports incidents to the line manager or Information Security team, completes ISR awareness sessions and follows the associated guidelines.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 12,000.
