Analyst & Strategic Plan Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and data‑driven Analyst & Strategic Plan Manager to turn business data, market intelligence, and customer insights into actionable strategies that support growth. The role blends data analysis with strategic planning and works closely with cross‑functional teams and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to support business growth and long‑term objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret business, sales, customer, operational, and market data.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems for management review.
• Monitor performance against strategic objectives, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support senior management with data‑driven decision making and prepare presentations and analytical reports.

Required profile

• Experience in data analytics, business analysis, strategy & planning, or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with ability to convert data into meaningful insights.
• Understanding of strategic planning, KPI analysis, and business performance management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for senior and non‑technical audiences.
• Project management and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
