Arabic AI Search SFT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Arabic AI Search SFT Specialist to improve the quality of AI‑generated Arabic content. This remote contract position focuses on reviewing, fact‑checking, and localizing responses produced by AI models, ensuring they meet high standards of accuracy and cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI‑generated Arabic answers for factual correctness, reasoning quality, and proper formatting.
• Evaluate AI‑driven research trajectories, including query formulation, source selection, verification steps, and reasoning paths.
• Analyze both Arabic and English outputs for localization quality, contextual appropriateness, and cultural relevance.
• Assess the credibility of online sources and detect unsupported claims, weak reasoning, or misleading conclusions.
• Edit and refine responses to improve structure, readability, and adherence to project guidelines.
• Provide structured feedback on reasoning flaws, factual errors, and source‑quality concerns.
• Support model improvement through annotation workflows, multilingual evaluation tasks, fact‑checking reviews, and quality‑assurance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Linguistics, Communications, Journalism, Translation, Research, Information Science, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native Arabic proficiency with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong English proficiency for interpreting guidelines and writing bilingual feedback.
• Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, localization QA, editorial review, journalism, research, or fact‑checking.
• Solid understanding of search‑based reasoning, factual verification, and online research workflows.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
