AI Implementation Officer

About the role

The AI Implementation Officer will support the planning, coordination and deployment of artificial intelligence projects for a fast‑growing Dubai‑based enterprise operating across luxury fashion, couture accessories and lifestyle brands. You will research suitable AI tools, recommend solutions and build automations that streamline business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives, from requirement gathering to rollout.
• Research, evaluate and propose AI technologies such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Design and implement automations using no‑code/low‑code platforms (Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to map workflows, identify improvement opportunities and integrate AI‑driven solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of automations, workflows and project status, providing regular progress reports.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in technology, operations or process‑improvement roles.
• Hands‑on experience with no‑code/low‑code tools and familiarity with AI platforms.
• Understanding of automation, process mapping and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to Python or JavaScript and proficiency with project‑management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion, Trello).
• Strong analytical abilities.
