Arabic Speaking Customer Service Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Customer Service Executive to be the friendly first point of contact for our clients in Sharjah. The role involves welcoming visitors, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients and visitors with a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Handle customer queries related to company services, applications, and documentation.
• Guide clients through online portals and basic processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Manage walk‑ins, queues, and ensure a pleasant lobby experience.
• Handle escalations professionally and follow up until closure.
• Encourage client feedback and reviews after service completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or client‑facing experience, preferably with an administration background.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed, confident and customer‑focused personality.
• Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Experience in business setup, free‑zone, aviation, hospitality or service industry is a plus.
