Arabic-Speaking SEO Director – 12-Month Contract, Dubai

About the role

A leading international digital marketing agency is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking SEO Director for a 12-month contract (potential extension) in Dubai, starting in January 2027. The role supports a large-scale digital transformation and organic growth project across the Middle East, taking ownership of SEO strategy across multiple markets and digital platforms and working with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop SEO strategies across multiple websites and markets throughout the Middle East.
• Oversee technical SEO, content optimisation and organic search performance across a complex digital portfolio.
• Drive innovation across traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and App Store Optimisation (ASO).
• Work with senior stakeholders to develop strategic recommendations, identify growth opportunities and present performance insights.
• Support strategic proposals, account planning and long-term organic growth strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver regional SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and English speaker with extensive SEO experience, ideally at Director or Head of SEO level.
• Background in digital marketing agencies or managing large-scale enterprise SEO accounts.
• Proven experience developing and executing SEO strategies across the Middle East, especially GCC markets.
• Confident managing senior client relationships, presenting strategic recommendations and leading complex projects.
• Experience across multiple international markets and large digital ecosystems.
• Based in Dubai or able to work from Dubai for the duration; available to start in January 2027.
