About the role

The school is seeking a dedicated Arabic Teacher for its 1st‑grade classroom. You will deliver high‑quality language instruction while fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver age‑appropriate Arabic lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that meets the diverse needs of all students.
• Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
• Assess, record, and report student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Maintain classroom routines that promote respect, responsibility, and positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, parent‑teacher conferences, and school events.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to support student learning and well‑being.
• Uphold school policies and professional standards at all times.
• Identify and respond to the individual needs of students, including those with special educational needs.
• Integrate technology and digital tools to enrich instruction and student engagement.
