Arabic‑Speaking Clinic Receptionist

About the role

The clinic is seeking a courteous, Arabic‑speaking receptionist to manage front‑desk operations and support patients and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors politely.
• Book, confirm, cancel and reschedule appointments.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and patient inquiries.
• Register patients and keep their information up‑to‑date in the clinic system.
• Coordinate appointments with doctors and nurses.
• Handle billing, payments, receipts and insurance documentation when required.
• Explain clinic services and direct patients to the appropriate department.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and organise medical records.
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean and professional.
• Follow clinic policies and UAE healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Previous clinic or hospital reception experience preferred.
• Friendly attitude, professional appearance and strong customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with appointment scheduling systems.
