Arabic‑Speaking Commis I Cook for Private VIP Family

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for an Arabic‑speaking Commis I level cook to join a private VIP family in Abu Dhabi. You will work under the supervision of the head or family chef, preparing high‑quality Arabic and international dishes that meet the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Arabic and international cuisine.
• Ensure all dishes meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver timely meal service.
• Follow dietary guidelines and special instructions provided by the family.
• Help manage inventory and assist in ordering ingredients as needed.
• Communicate effectively in Arabic with the family and kitchen staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Commis I level cook, preferably in private households or for VIP families.
• Fluent Arabic speaking with strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of both Arabic and international cuisine.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow direction.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
