Arabic‑Speaking Tele Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking motivated Arabic‑speaking Tele Sales Executives to join our retail sales team in Dubai. You will interact with customers across the GCC, present our product portfolio and turn both inbound and outbound leads into confirmed sales.

Key responsibilities

• Engage Arabic‑speaking customers via phone and build strong relationships.
• Present product offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales while meeting targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using a CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Professional and courteous phone manner.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and communication skills.
• Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work positively with diverse customer types.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience with a CRM system (advantageous).
