Architect – Exhibition Fit‑Out Design & Engineering

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our Design & Engineering team. You will translate creative exhibition concepts into buildable, compliant solutions and support the full project lifecycle from schematic design to on‑site implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Convert pavilion, museum and exhibition design concepts into coordinated architectural drawings and construction details.
• Develop layouts, sections, elevations and 3D models that meet client requirements and technical constraints.
• Collaborate with AVL, structural, MEP and interior design disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction documentation, including material specifications and schedules.
• Support design‑assist processes, technical reviews, value engineering and cost estimation.
• Provide continuous design support during procurement and construction, conduct site visits and resolve coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and BIM standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design and exhibition fit‑out projects.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, fabrication methods and detailing for temporary and permanent exhibition structures.

Required skills

• Vectorworks or AutoCAD.
• Revit/BIM.
• 3D visualization tools such as Rhino or SketchUp.
• Microsoft Excel.
• MS Project (advantage).
