Architect – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

The CODE for Decoration Design & Fit‑Out LLC is looking for a skilled Architect to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for producing accurate technical and shop drawings for interior fit‑out projects and coordinating closely with engineers, consultants and site teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural, technical and shop drawings for interior fit‑out projects.
• Develop detailed construction and joinery drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, consultants and on‑site teams.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and UAE authority requirements.
• Revise drawings based on client, consultant and site feedback.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and technical coordination when required.
• Assist with material submittals, technical documentation and overall project coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience as an Architect, preferably in interior fit‑out.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Photoshop (advantage).
• Experience preparing detailed construction, joinery and finish drawings.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
