Architectural Draftsman - Offshore (2 Vacancies)

About the role

A leading UAE conglomerate, active in catering, facilities management, engineering and food distribution, is hiring two full-time Architectural Draftsmen for offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. The role covers preparing architectural drawings and details for buildings, fit-out works and modular facilities from design development through construction to final as-built submission.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans and construction details.
• Develop partition, ceiling, flooring, wall-finish, door, window, joinery and interior detail drawings.
• Produce and update architectural drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare door, window, finish and room schedules and coordinate approved materials.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI in Civil Drafting, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure or oil & gas projects, including architectural drafting for permanent, temporary and modular buildings.
• Strong knowledge of architectural plans, elevations, sections, fit-out details, construction drawings, door/window schedules, finish schedules and building code requirements.
• Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and building standards, and hands-on experience with modular and temporary structures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM, including as-built drawings, revision control and document management.
• Experience coordinating with MEP and structural teams.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
