Architectural Engineer – Construction Projects in Dubai

About the role

Voltronix Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer to join its construction team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing civil and architectural engineering activities, managing authority submissions and ensuring projects meet UAE construction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage civil and architectural engineering tasks throughout project execution.
• Prepare, submit and coordinate authority approvals and NOCs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and standards.
• Coordinate on‑site activities and monitor project progress.
• Support project documentation and approval processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE field experience in construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Experience handling authority submissions, approvals and NOCs.
• Excellent coordination, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants and regulatory bodies.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) approval procedures.
• Familiarity with Dubai Development Authority (DDA) regulations.
• Understanding of Trakhees approval and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in civil and architectural engineering practices.
