About the role

Amazon is looking for an Area Manager to lead a core team within a Fulfillment Centre in the United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for one of the main operational streams – receiving, stow, pick, pack or ship – ensuring smooth workflows and exceeding customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

Lead a team of 80‑120 associates, driving training, integration and motivation.
Maintain safety standards and promote Amazon’s Health and Safety policies.
Monitor and achieve KPI targets, inventory accuracy and process quality.
Identify and implement process improvements, lean techniques and performance metrics.
Lead cross‑functional problem‑solving initiatives and share best practices.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Flexible availability to work shifts, weekends, nights and holidays.
Preferred: 1+ year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
