About the role

The Artwork Finaliser ensures that all creative outputs are delivered accurately, consistently, and in line with technical standards for both print and digital channels. Based in the Brand COE Creative Studio, the role prepares, finalises, and quality‑checks artwork to meet brand guidelines and production best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalise artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Adapt and reformat assets across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms with accuracy.
• Perform detailed quality checks on layout, typography, alignment, resolution, and formatting.
• Validate content accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Maintain clear file naming conventions, version control, and secure storage within internal systems.
• Manage multiple file versions and ensure the latest approved files are identified.
• Apply industry best practices in colour management, bleed, resolution, and file formats.
• Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure final outputs meet both creative and technical expectations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Production, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in artwork finalisation, production, or a similar technical design role.
• Experience working within a creative studio environment.
