Asset Integrity Manager

About the role

The Asset Integrity Manager will oversee the reliability and lifecycle performance of utility assets within GSU’s portfolio, focusing on energy and water infrastructure. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role combines on‑site presence with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset integrity plans aligned with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate inspections, condition assessments and risk‑based evaluations across the asset portfolio.
• Review technical reports, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor asset performance metrics and propose maintenance and upgrade strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, HSE, project teams and external contractors to prioritize investments.
• Support continuous improvement of asset management practices.

Required profile

• Strong background in asset integrity, reliability or asset management for utilities or heavy infrastructure.
• Experience with inspection, monitoring, maintenance planning and risk‑based approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil or related) or equivalent; advanced certifications (IAM, ISO 55000) are a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging markets, sustainability and climate‑resilient infrastructure is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Abu Dhabi and travel to project sites as needed.
