About the role
Oilplus DMCC is looking for a detail‑oriented Assistant Accountant to support its daily financial operations in Dubai. The role involves maintaining accurate records, assisting with payroll and tax activities, and liaising with banks, suppliers and government authorities.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records and perform routine bookkeeping.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Process sales and purchase orders accurately.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
- Support payroll processing and related documentation.
- Assist with VAT, taxation and budgeting activities.
- Manage inventory records and accounting vouchers.
- Coordinate with banks, customers, suppliers and relevant government authorities.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
