Assistant Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Assistant Boutique Manager will support the Boutique Manager in daily operations of Buccellati’s Dubai boutique, ensuring every client interaction meets the brand’s standards of excellence. This role combines sales leadership, team coaching and CRM-driven client development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in achieving and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyse sales trends, CRM insights and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain a strong floor presence, modelling selling ceremonies, client development and service etiquette.
• Provide on‑floor coaching, conduct performance reviews and help implement development plans for the boutique team.
• Lead the boutique’s CRM strategy, ensuring accurate client data capture, follow‑up and personalized outreach.
• Drive client retention and acquisition through tailored appointments, gifting and after‑sales service.
• Act as main contact for boutique requests in the manager’s absence and ensure compliance with Richemont and Buccellati commercial procedures.
• Prepare monthly team schedules, admin support and presentations as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on team development.
• Excellent understanding of CRM and clienteling practices.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Knowledge of Richemont and Buccellati compliance standards.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
