Assistant Butler Manager

About the role

The Assistant Butler Manager supports the Butler Manager in delivering personalized, anticipatory luxury service to guests at two premier Dubai properties. This role ensures daily operations run smoothly and that guest experiences reflect Marriott Luxury Collection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations of the Butler team, coordinating guest arrivals, departures and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles to enable personalized service and support VIP arrivals.
• Monitor service standards, ensuring compliance with Luxury Collection and Forbes expectations.
• Train, coach and motivate Butler associates, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare operational reports, review guest feedback and handle billing inquiries or service recovery situations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Butler Services, Front Office, Guest Relations or luxury hospitality.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team‑lead experience in a hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong guest service, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
