Assistant Chief Concierge

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah, is looking for an Assistant Chief Concierge to join its Concierge team. The role supports the Chief Concierge in running daily operations and upholding Forbes Five-Star standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Concierge in overseeing daily concierge operations and step in as acting Chief Concierge during absences or peak periods.
• Supervise and mentor concierge staff, ensuring consistent service excellence.
• Handle complex guest requests, including transportation, reservations and special arrangements.
• Maintain relationships with local vendors, restaurants and service providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication between guests and internal departments.
• Monitor guest feedback and help implement service improvements.
• Support scheduling, training and performance evaluations.
• Keep up to date on local attractions, events and services, and uphold brand standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in concierge or guest services, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience and training with Forbes Travel Guide standards required.
• Membership of Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
