Assistant Director - Leasing

About the role

The Assistant Director – Leasing will lead the Lease section, ensuring seamless delivery of leasing services to clients while upholding the organisation’s standards and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the leasing team and related projects.
• Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures and business‑strategy milestones.
• Manage contract services, ensuring compliance with the contract management plan and updating contracts as regulations evolve.
• Coordinate data usage to align with emerging market trends.
• Implement client‑communication strategies, retain existing clients and expand the client database.
• Prepare, consolidate and format executive reports, dashboards and presentations.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives across departmental processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Finance, Law or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in leasing, contract management or real‑estate operations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
