About the role
The Assistant Director - Sales supports the property’s segmented sales efforts, helping to implement strategies that achieve revenue goals and enhance guest and employee satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and aggressive solicitation programs.
- Lead day‑to‑day sales activities, including space release approvals, sales calls, proposal generation, and contract writing.
- Analyze market data, support revenue projections, and review guest satisfaction results to drive improvements.
- Provide leadership in customer service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and fostering loyalty.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including off‑property sales channels and key customers.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 1 year experience.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve personal booking goals and support team revenue targets.
