About the role

Join the InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa as an Assistant Front Office Manager. You will support the Front Office Manager in delivering a seamless, welcoming experience for guests at this luxury beachfront resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front office operations and shift coordination.
• Lead and support front office colleagues to provide professional, personalised guest service.
• Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and guest areas, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns, following through to achieve positive resolutions.
• Supervise shift operations, allocate responsibilities, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Coach, train, and provide regular feedback to team members to uphold service standards.
• Ensure compliance with front office procedures, systems, and luxury service standards.

Required profile

• Experience in front office or reception roles within a hotel or resort environment.
• Strong guest‑service orientation and ability to manage guest interactions confidently.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on developing and motivating team members.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
