About the role

As a Guest Services Associate you will be the first point of contact for visitors at Miral’s leisure attractions, ensuring a smooth and welcoming entry experience. You will provide clear information, promote services and maintain high standards of hospitality throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
Process ticket and product sales using a computerized POS system.
Handle cash, vouchers and foreign currency transactions accurately and reconcile registers at shift start and end.
Provide guests with information about shows, attractions and facilities.
Promote and upsell tickets, merchandise and additional services.
Manage turnstiles, lost‑and‑found, and support emergency procedures.

Required profile

Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work flexibly in a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.
Attention to detail and integrity in cash handling.
Good communication skills in English.
